We want you to love your GIA pieces, but if something isn't right, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals still attached.

Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all GIA tags and labels are securely in place.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Credit

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
