How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days via DHL or FedEx.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page. Our styles range from body-con to oversized, so we recommend checking the specific garment measurements.

Do I have to pay for international customs and duties?

Yes, all international customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes within their own country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been confirmed.
